From Arnold Olivier Brand Manager Triumph South Africa
Dear Sir/Madam
As a result of a technical issue pertaining to our email Firewall, which was discovered very recently, we discovered that emails to the following addresses [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected] did not reach us during a period spanning more or less the past 12 months. From time to time we had reason to believe that that there was a problem and accordingly we tested the system regularly, but could find no problem. In retrospect it seems obvious, but because we were operating inside our Firewall, we did not identify the real problem, namely emails sent from bona fide locations could not penetrate our defenses.
Accordingly, I am sending this universal email out to all of you who had over this period taken the time and trouble to contact us, and for all intent and purpose had been ignored. Please accept our most sincere apologies for our lack of response and poor service delivery. This is not the level of customer service that we strive for, and I can assure you that I am personally extremely disappointed that we had been unable to resolve this problem a long time ago. I hope and trust that we have not alienated you from the Triumph Brand forever.
Unfortunately, due to our lack of response, you may have satisfied your original query, or have simply lost interest, which is quite understandable under the circumstances. Could I therefore ask that if you still have a valid question or enquiry, that you please re-direct your original email to the email address that you had sent it to at the time, and we shall respond to it. Alternatively, you may find the answer that you are looking for on our website www.triumphmotorcycles.co.za . Should you wish to visit other Triumph websites , please try www.triumphmotorcycles.com, which site also reflects the South African website.
Again, my humble apology for our complete lack of service delivery
Regards
Arnold Olivier
