Tools needed for removing mirrors and screen

Hey,

I just bought a used Triumph Tiger 800XC which needs to be delivered to my home. In order to transport it in a safer way I'd like to remove the mirrors and screen before wrapping it.

Could you please tell me what tools (including size) do I need for these two items? I looked at the Owner's and Service manuals but there's no such details in them.

I don't know the sizes of the tools; but my windscreen has torx screws. I have never removed my mirrors; but you can loosen them by hand by turning the collar just above the handle bar. Then you can rotate the mirrors over the handle bar. I do this when riding in the woods.

The two front mounting screws are T30. My windshield is adjustable; the side mounting screws have knobs for adjustment. If you know what winshield you have, you can go to to the Triumph company website and download the installation instructions. The instructions should give you the sizes of all of the mounting hardware.
