As I always say, "It's better to have another birthday than to not have one."
Happy birthday - and I'm glad you're getting to celebrate with all of Canada too on it's birthday.
Thank you all for the birthday wishes and Jim, thanks you for starting the thread. I had a good birthday; we were traveling in the cage. We spent most of the day in Sarnia, Ontario on the St Clair River. All of Canada was on holiday celebrating my birthday. I will be posting more pics of our travels. By the way, I turned 71 years young.
My kids chipped in and gave me a gift certificate to by a set of tires for the Tiger - which i may have to buy before we leave Canada. My current tires are the originals and have 15,000 miles/24,000 kilometers. Thye are now a step above racing slicks!
15,000 MILES?? That's got to be some kind of record on dual purpose tires, my friend!! GET SOME NEW ONES..........NOW!!!! Stay safe and take care...........Jim
Well, the OEM tires are 90/10 - 90% highway and 10% off road. I plan to replace them with 70/30's. But I certainly can't complain about the longevity. The roads up here are lot more course than Florida roads. That ate them down fast. I have put over 1500 miles on it up here.
