Thruxton tune on a Bobber

I was asking the tech at my warranty dealership why, if they had the same base 1200 motor, the Thurxton's performance numbers were so much better than the Bobbers. He said that it was the Thruxton tune on the motor. I asked him if anyone was doing Thruxton tunes on Bobbers yet. He said he'd not heard of anyone but it seemed like I may have got the wheels turning. I'll keep you posted.

Has anyone heard about anyone doin this to a Bobber?
