they dont seem to have any idea of the word common sence !
They obviously don't have any safety laws or people to enforce them either.

OK time to fess up.
When I was very much younger my mates and I would do stuff like that and worse every Friday and Saturday night on the way home from the pub. Fortunately 75% of us survived, sure we lost a lot of skin and have the scars to show but when we, the survivors get together these days we have a good laugh about how much fun we had and talk about the idiots who don't ATGATT.

But the guy in the subject of this post is no kid. I, too, was invincible when I was a kid and I did stupid stunts, too. And I had never heard of ATGATT; but I did wear a helmet.
