With the way it is becoming with our internet situation our side with powercuts and slow or no internet services. I am using my mobile to connect more than I want as well. The cost of mobile data our side is also heavy.

It is reaching the point now that it is more frustrating using the internet than fun

I could not even upload a 1.5MB video today

The power company there was in deep trouble, but it must still be operating.

I will be phone phone company today that provides the line but that is always a mission when you deal with them.

I started uploading another video this morning at around 10am on my new Dashcan, it is now 4 hours later and it tells me it still has another 40 minutes to go.

I tried phoning my phone line provider so they could have a look at my line first thing this morning but that proved impossible, so now I am trying to report the problem via their phone app provided.

Dave, that is worse than a dial up connection!

You know about it, my current upload speed is now 0.52 Mpbs. My dialup was much faster.

We got the same problem on mobiles here promises, promises.
The government won't fix it , because the government gave most of it to the Federal Parliament Superannuation scheme. Usual bullshit , build hospitals with the sale of Government Assets.
Lots of Smoke and Mirrors , method of Connections.
Now , the Chinese companies refuse to sell the Fibre Optic Cable to Australia.
Politicians shot themselves in the foot.
Big Cost Blowout. Fibre Optics probable never get finished.
You problems are bigger , as your politics are frozen.

Well the just marked out my sidewalk for the optic cable root, apparently we looking at the end of July and it will all be done in our area. The price is a bit more than what I am now paying but without the ability to really upload content my small business is rather stuck. So I might have no choice but to move over.

The fault that I logged with my current line company has not even been acknowledged as yet.

Well this last week I have once again been fighting with my internet connection. It is up and down and is now really getting to the point of just giving up on it.

I just hope they don't take much longer to cut over the fiber in my area so I can at least get a better connection.
