I put these on last May, they’ve been a good investment for me. I’m slightly heavier than the average guy and I frequently load up for trips, go on grocery runs, etc. I didn’t really track time installing the springs so I’m guessing maybe an hour and a half. The video for installing the softer springs was helpful as well. I’ve noticed that I haven’t bottomed out at all since installing them (even with a load) so that’s been an improvement.
