Sprocket Sizes Of Rally Vs GT?

Hi guys,

I just bought a 2021 Tiger 900 Rally.
I love the bike, but find that the gear ratio is very short in all the gears & at 100 km/h it's revving at 4000rpm already.

Would I be correct in assuming that the GT uses a different sprocket size (no of teeth) to the Rally?
I assume the GT is more road based, while the Rally is more offroad.

I'm looking to change my Rally's sprockets as I'll be doing only road.


If anyone has changed their bike's sprockets, what sizes are you using?

Can always call/email Triumph dealer and ask the part numbers for the two sprockets. Same number=same sprocket.
May have to go aftermarket if they don't have any listings for different ones.

If it's not the same as a GT it's pretty close. On my 2021 GT, at an indicated 60mph (97.5km/hr) I am turning 3800rpm.
