Well after a few years of not being able to go, this year I finally made it. The Lancaster from RAF Coningsby, was due to fly over at 19.50, sadly it never came, saw 7 RAF Typhoons, come over, managed to snap 2 of them. The event was packed, with bikes all over the place. Here's my GT250 from 1977/78. Loved the sound it made, and as for the 2 stroke smell, well we all would love to have that smell in a bottle of after shave. Used to love the dog bone rear light on it too. Always loved the Yamaha 250's as well. But as Barry Sheene rode a Suzuki at that time, I thought well if it's good enough for him, it'll be good enough for me. Traded this GT in for a GS 750.
