Hi, Can I fit the larger dia speedmaster front wheel, preferably a spoked one, to my america which has a 16inch wheel at the moment ?

Hi there, I have a speedmaster 865 and I have been looking for a 16inch America front wheel. I prefer the bigger tyre than the 19inch wheel on the bike now.
