Speed 400 Gearing

Just have taken delivery of a shiny new Speed 400, and I must say I'm pretty darn impressed. This is a really fun bike to ride around town. But one thing I have noticed right off is that it's geared very high, and I'm shifting all of the time even around town at pretty low speeds. I'm thinking it might be a good idea to adjust the gearing by reducing the rear sprocket by at least 1 or 2 teeth. Is anyone else having the same experience?

I do not use 1st gear, I start off in 2nd.
2 good for 25-30
3 good for 30-35
4 good for 36-45
5 good for 45-60
6 any faster

It is geared low

Just received my front sprocket upgrade to a 15 tooth from AJs Cycle. Can't wait to get it installed. The 14 tooth oem is wayyy to low.

Last weekend when I was running around town on my RS I was thinking that with most of my riding anymore I only needed 1st gear on that bike, it's good up to about 95mph at redline.
