Yes, sir; they made history.

Too bad Brittany didn't dunk one in the final game. She and one other player are the only ones to dunk in the tournament history, both have two dunks. The other player had to get a running start at the basket for hers, Brittany did hers from under the basket without the run up.

I went to college with their coach, Kim Mulkey who is the only person to win a national championship as a player, an assistant coach and as a head coach. She also has an Olympic Gold Medal. Kim's boy friend was also a college classmate of ours, Trace Atkins.
