Sena Bluetooth And Tiger Issues

Have a Sena 50S, spoke with Sena Customer Support and still can't figure this out. If I pair the phone to the Tiger I can use the handlebar controls to change music, calls, etc....great except I want to use my Sena and not headphones. If I pair the Sena to the bike I can't see/control/hear anything even if the Sena is then paired on the 2nd Bluetooth channel to the phone. Anyone have any success using the Sena/phone and Tiger controls? One of the selling points for me on the "Pro" was the "Bluetooth connectivity" and handlebar controls. Thanks!

Triumph have had a lot of problems with their connectivity in the past but this sounds more like a Sena issue , I heard that some people have had issues with Sena and Ducati .. but im no expert on this stuff !

Hi,
I just purchased a 2021 Tiger 900 Rally Pro yesterday.

Today I was pairing my Samsung S22 Ultra to the bike with no problems.
I then disconnected, and paired my Sena 10C Evo without issues.
I reconnected my phone to the bike in order to play music. It shows the songs on the bike's display.
I can select the next track, etc. But I don't get any sound from my Sena unit.
However, when I use the bike's joystick to increase the volume, I hear my Sena unit beep when I hit max volume.

I didn't spend to much time trying to see if I'm perhaps doing something.

Hopefully someone can give us some ideas on how to get it too work.
