It became much better than stock after build-up. But still, discomfort sets-in after about an hour and a half of riding, compared to 30 minutes only with stock.. So I carved the built-up foam in the driver area by about half an inch to create an flatter and wider {butt shape} surface. It likewise created a wider and flatter contact area with my butt. Furthermore, the gel insert moved up closer contact with my butt because foam on top is now thinner. (the gel insert was placed on top of the oem foam and I built-up a layer of foam on top of it to make the seat thicker.)
Whole day riding is now pain free.
Lesson I learned is you have to be patient, persistence and analytical to create a seat that fits your butt, body type and riding position.
