My grips (vintage styled football grips), rubber on my footpegs are shifter are looking weathered and faded. Any recommendations on brand and style to replace them with? I'd love to see some pictures too!

Do you know if there is an option for a shorter shifter? I feel like I have to take my foot off the peg every time I shift.

I have never seen one; but that doesn't mean one could not be made by a machine shop. I have to slide my foot slightly forward to shift both my Bonnie and my Tiger.

Regarding the grips, the ones that I linked to are classic styling. They are comfortable for me. I have same various colored grips on Bonnevilles; I don't know where they came from.

Thanks CarlS. I like the basic football grips too. I think they're quite comfortable. Always open to options though.

To replace the rubber bits on the pegs or replace the pegs, I was looking at the ones they sell on British Customs website. I like the look of the chrome with the rubber parts.

Now that's a good option. I like those, too. If you like them, go that route. They will look good on the T100. The shifter rubber, you will have to get from Triumph.

I haven't considered getting adjustable pegs. Thanks for the thought. I'll look into that as an option. I think I would be a little more comfortable if my pegs were slighly farther forward.

I hadn't seen that adjustable shifter before either - and I shop at Newbonneville :y2:
It looks very nice TUP
Things like that are pricey, but after you have it; have used it for a while; are happy and satisfied, the price will have soon faded into memory :y16:
