Rocket 111 touring wheel removal

I have just had my Rocket 111 touring MOTed for the first time and it passed with flying colours but recommended that I get new tyres has anybody any advice on removing the front and rear wheels

Thanks for the video Gary, I have been sourcing new tyres on line and the cheapest I can find are £245 a pair and I am having trouble finding some ware local to fit them and have been quoted by the local Triumph dealer(10 mins away) £350 for supply and fit, I think by the time I've taken the wheels off travelled an hour and paid possibly £30 to have them fitted I don't think it is worth the trouble so I think I am going to book it into the local dealer
