Four of us went to Rhinebeck, New York for the annual antique motorcycle rally and swap meet and just got back late Sunday night.
We only go every couple of years so it doesn't become ho-hum and just all the same thing.
We went by vehicle because some of us bought quite a bit of stuff and needed the room (tires, gas tanks, fenders, brackets, etc).
The weather was perfect for this largely outside event which covers 106 acres (42 hectares). We last went in 2013 and this year it was bigger than ever.
Harley-Davidson is the dominant bike followed by Indian and all the rest.
We also went over to the Rhinebeck aerodrome and got to see the WWl and pre-war planes fly. The last time we were there it poured rain.
These are a few pictures. I'll post more as I sort through the 250+ pictures I took.

The love that has been lavished on some of these bikes is obvious, and so many were for sale.
There were several of the Cannonball Run bikes there and were awesome.
Here are some more pictures.

What a stunning selection of old bikes, it is also nice to see that the old Jap bikes were also around. I cannot imagine how cool it must be to walk around and see so many old bikes in such great condition like that. When we have these types of events it seems to be only a handful of bikes that attend.

What struck me was how awesome it was to actually see many of those really old flat tank bikes running and being ridden around the fairgrounds.
They sounded great and didn't miss a beat!
It was pretty cool seeing the Hinckley Bonneville commemorative bikes too.
