I know it's a bit early, but why not start now getting the word out to as many people as possible...

Ride To Work Day Monday, June 18, 2012

Ride your motorcycle or scooter on this day to demonstrate:
• The number of motorcyclists to the general public and to politicians.
• That motorcyclists are from all occupations and all walks of life.
• That motorcyclists can reduce traffic and parking congestion in large cities.
• That motorcycles are for transportation as well as recreation.
• That motorcycling is a social good.

Thanks for the heads up. I ride to work 3-4 days a week. If its not raining I am on the bike. Not that I am a wuss or something (actually LIKE riding in the rain) just rain/work clothes don't go together.

Lets see my Isuzu gets 18 MPG....my Tiger gets 45mpg sounds like a good excuse to ride the bike. :y2: I am just being cost effective lol.

Everyone get out and ride on June 18th!TUP

Work is a four letter word so I gave it up in 1992 and became a vagabond on a motorcycle aimlessly riding around on winding roads - not knowing where I'm going, not knowing where I've been.
You know....looking for adventure or whatever comes my way :y2:
It's hard work but somebody has to do the dirty jobs :y2:
I can hardly believe that next month I'll be winding up 19 years of retirement and all the wonderful adventures I've had on a bike during those years.

Tomorrow, for instance. I have a deposition in Daytona Beach - about 250 miles from my house. I'll get up, shower, get dressed and go for a four hour ride - AND GET PAID FOR DOING IT! Then 4 hours back - same deal!

Is this a great country or WHAT???!!!!
