The fairgrounds covered such a large area and there was so much to see I can only show a general overview of what we saw.
Harley-Davidson was clearly the major bike at the rally with Indian close behind. British came next and then Japanese.

This is the parking area for visitors bikes. This was the scene on Saturday at about 1:00 PM as we were leaving for the drag races. Bikes were lined up to the road and beyond waiting to get in. I had never seem so many bikes in one place at one time in my life!!

This is The Wall of Death. We saw the show, but he was moving so fast on the walls that I couldn't get a shot.

How it all began.

Looks like the venue for this was very nice, clean and well setup. Some of these first bikes are well just amazing and I can just think what it may have been like riding them back in the day. :y2:

It's hard to beleive that as far back as 1867 they were experimenting with a steam cycle. They were probably having a lot of fun making it work, but it must have been a miserable thing to ride :y2:
