What an experience today. I've got an OKI and HP printer. The OKI needed a black cartridge - and there are NONE available in SA as the shipment has not arrived and will only be here on 15 July. So I turned on the HP (our backup) and it went kaplooie! Up a creek without a paddle as my business is paper intensive to say the least. I started a hunt for an OKI cartridge. All SA supplies for OKI seem to be on-line shopping but I took a chance with a company that had a phone number on their website.
Turns out they're up the road from me and had 4 cartridges in stock! Normally they only do on-line orders but I really couldn't wait 3 days for delivery.
Here's what they did! They arranged, AT THEIR COST, a door-to-door courier, gave me the cartridge at their cost and delivered it to me in under 1 hour!

· Arranged for an emergency courier (will be at Tarsus in 10 min)@R100 (SDS will pay the additional surcharge of 10%)

I've never done business with them before, they don't know me or my company from Adam and yet they could do this for me! I will never buy supplies from anyone other than this company! This kind of service is unheard of - well at least in my experiece. And, he said it's not C.O.D - just transfer the fees when you can! This is just too amazing and has genuinely restored my faith in humans again.
