Remove Random Gallery Images

I am formatting when and how we see the random gallery images at the top of the page. So would you like them removed when viewing and replying to topics

When reading and/or replying to posts, the last thing I want to do is click away from the page I'm on...so I vote to NOT show the random images only in those circumstances.
