Bonneville T100
I haven't had much to post lately. I sent my head off to Baxter Cycles in Iowa, and my Tappets (Lifters) off to MegaCycle Cams to be resurfaced, and just got them back. I took the cylinders to be bored. Now it is just a matter of waiting a couple of days before I get the cylinders back to begin the rebuild. My question is this. The bike had only 11,000 miles on her but had been sitting for close to 15 years. Should I replace the oil pump or will the original pump be OK? I am anxious to see the condition of the sludge tube.

Hey Glen.

Agree with Dave. If you want the best of a beautifully restored Bonnie, I would go for the Morgo Rotary Oil Pump. Bit on the pricey side, however quality is what you get.
