The Gross Vehicle Weight Rating is limited by the tires. Suspension springs can be changed to handle a lot more load than just the rider, passenger, luggage, fuel, extra gas can, trailer tongue weight, etc, etc, etc. What tires you want on it will give you the max load.

This would be for factory tires, springs, etc. I thought that I had heard somewhere it was 222kg?
If you want to know the max load simply look up the stock tires fitted and viola. Since the bike weighs in at over 500 pounds the max load should be somewhere near 1200 to 1400 pounds total on the tires.
The stock suspension is adjustable for varyiing loads and riding conditions. The only Triumph motorcycle without adjustable suspension (that I'm aware of) is the Bobber.
