While we were away we had beautiful fall weather for travelling, but as soon as we got home it's been nothing but rain, fog and windy. Looks like it will last until Friday. At least the temps are in the 14C(57F) range.
Not much to do except hang out here from time to time, clean and polish my bikes, and help with the housework. All four bikes are in the basement so at least I don't have to go outside to get at them.
The weekend looks promising with moderate temps so may get the Bonneville out for what could be a last ride of the season. When it becomes November I've usually had enough and call it a day.
While we're getting plenty of rain, if I recall correctly, it's SA that needs rain - or got too much. (?)

We really need rain my side but we have been having a bit in the last few weeks. I heard on the radio that SA is in for a very wet summer something to do with the current weather condition in the world

We had a very dry and hot summer this year which is very unusual for this part of the world.
Our fall foliage was very poor due to the lack of moisture. Instead of bright colours everything turned a dull orange or brown. It wasn't until we got to Quebec and Ontario (as well as in the northeast US) that we saw some nice fall colours.
Oil is the hot topic right now, but I think the day will come when water will be the hot topic.
