Hi chaps,

I recently brought a 2012 Bonnie T100 and it came with engine bars already installed. Yesterday I removed the engine bars, but have noticed the below bolt is now far too long. I'm guessing the standard bolt is shorter and this longer one was added due to the engine bars being added.

Does anyone know what this bar is called and where I can buy a new shorter one?
I have attached an image to this post.

Any help will be much appreciated!

Chris, I can't help you with the information that you need as I don't have a Bonnie, others on this forum do, and would be in a better position to help you out. However below are two links to the Bonneville, the first as you can see is for the carb model and the second the EFI model. If you scroll down to frame and fixings you'll get a diagram of the engine mounting bolts. This will be of more help to you, to get the right parts that you need. You could then go to your local Triumph dealer to get what you need.
Good Luck

I fitted crash bars to my CB900F and CB1100 using the often longer bolts that came with the kits.
The factory bolts were bagged and labeled and will go with the bikes when they are moved on to a new owner.
This is what should have been done by the seller so Chrisarti wouldn't have been in this situation.
