I would like to know if there is an international tyre dealer site that ships to italy where I can buy cheap tyres for street motorbyke or retread tyres for off-road training.

Motorcycle tires are expensive everywhere. It is a supply and demand thing. I don't know which if any of the online motorcycle tire dealers ship out of the US. I suggest you do a search on Google. You may find a European site that ships to Italy. Try this in the search box: motorcycle tires - Europe
