Hi all,
This may be new? After installing led driving lights on their own circuit with a separate switch.
I went to take a night drive for testing purposes. Upon straightening the handle bars the main power to engine and fuel pump turned off. While still having power to head light, tail, blinkers and brake.
Returning the bars to park position the main power came on.... Curious was I,again I straightened the bars and kept turning full right. Now when I return bars to park position no more main power. Still as mentioned above the other lights work.

I tested all fuses with a DMM and pulled them to verify
I've checked kill switch 12v in and out when engaged
Key works as it power down remaining working lights.
I've tried to trace grounds looking for a break or kink in wire some knowledge was gained but not enough to make it work.
I've triple check all connections in light bucket all appear good( 12v in grnds etc).
I've reviewed the repair manual how ever is in PDF format and a little tough to follow wire schematic..
I've also disconnected the led lights from battery , no difference.
I wonder if this might be covered under a warranty?

Any help is greatly appreciated as this is my last attempt before it's off to the garage.

Thanks to all who reply.

This sounds like a loose connection or possibly broken wire or kill switch, not much I can do from here other than suggest you again check the wires with the ignition on as they come into the ignition and kill switch. If possible with the bike stationary and moving the handlebars side to side to see where the wires are pushing/pulling around the ignition and kill switch then try bending each wire to simulate the normal movement and hopefully simulate the problem and isolate the problem wire.
Might be covered by warranty, I can't imagine that fitting LED's as a separate circuit could have caused the issue other than by running the wires you have disturbed the rest of the wiring and broken a connection.

After some investigation, I've managed to solve the problem. Turns out the 12v supply from the switch was severed in the harness. . All fixed up, ready for the road..
