One minute it was Kurt Warner going deep ... the next , it was some porn star!?

Super Bowl fans in Tucson, Ariz. were subjected to 30 seconds of hard core porn -- wang and all -- when somehow, the game feed was suddenly interrupted by a clip from an adult television channel.

Yes, this actually happened.

Comcast -- the cable company in Tucson -- is working on an explanation, but right now it appears the porn break-in only occurred in its standard-definition feed reaching analog TV sets.

Fortunately -- or unfortunately, depending on your taste -- high def viewers were spared the shot.

UPDATE: Comcast just released this statement: "We are mortified by last evening's Super Bowl interruption and we apologize to our customers. Our initial investigation suggests this was an isolated malicious act. We are conducting a thorough investigation to determine who was behind this."

Comcast is offering a $10.00 discount on the bill of those affected.

I think this would almost have to have been an "inside" job by someone at Comcast. Therefore, we'll probably never know why actually did it because Comcast won't want any more publicity over it than they already have gotten.

The main reason I think it was done by someone at Comcast is because the porn clip was actually from one of the Pay-Per-View porn channels that is already available on Comcast. I don't know exactly how things work there, but it seems like someone just switched the "feed" from the Superbowl to the porn clip for 30 seconds.

Too bad it didn't cover up the awful Bruce Springsteen halftime "show"; even soft-porn would have been better. Whomever decides what the Superbowl halftime show is every year is a dork and a half.
