In addition to a wallet card, and an iPhone app that makes my I.C.E info the opening screen, I also use the Medical Emergency Data Systems I.C.E stickers on each of my helmets.

You might look at one of the survival bracelets. The tag goes on a band made of parachute cord that could come in handy. I'm thinking about getting one of those and making it my Medical ID tag. I'll see if I can locate the link again and will post it.

I have also looked at the KISS Technology ICE Units. But I am not sure having one of these on every jacket as well as a card, and the pack on the back of my helmet is really necessary.

 
I wear a set of dog tags (when I remember to put them on) for riding. Mainly for the fact to prove that I have medical aid so should the worst happen I get taken to a real hospital and not the local government one.

My sister-in-law was involved in a head on collision with a drunk driver a few years ago, she was in a government hospital ICU for a couple of weeks, then in a general ward for two and a half months. Total bill when she was released.... R25.00 ZA
No food, and the staff were nicking her pills.
