This is the sound of that Truxton at full throttle.......
It's the last bike, but all the other bikes have double the HP, the Truxton is also alone in its class- full naked F3....... it made me think what could I do with my spare time at some later stage in my life.

Well this was my second last ride if commuting to work counts as a ride( in my book it does ) it's winter here and I don't have the determination as I had when I was 17.
All the photos were taken in my back yard, so this is how it started........

I woke up my normal time 06h00, so I got up and saw it was -2 degrees and just got back in bed and snooooozed. I was up and ready for my excursion at 09h00, half a degree positive now

I then decided I want to show off my beautiful back yard and started off with the following........
The old Parliament house.

The new Parliament House.

The broadcasting giant of Australia. The Telstra tower on top of Black mountain.

The Australian mint......mmmm what joy I will have if I could be left there for a few minutes.....

A beautiful Owl stature in the suburb Belconnen.

The entrance to the War Memorial.

Wow that lot brought back great memories when Pat and I did a massive tour of Oz. Did the old and new parliament buildings as well as the war memorial. A great holiday it was too. Love all the pictures but the one with your bike at the base of the Telstra tower, is a nice touch.
I had the Suzuki GSX 1400 ( Twin exhaust model ) a few years back now. Nice bikes indeed

whats this talk of minus 2 degrees
I thought it was supposed to be a warmer climate over there.;)
I think so far this year we've only had 2 nights where it dropped under 10
