OIl Drip?

I have one, but only a drop every few days. dealer suggested it might be from the rotor with oil moving inside some wire insulation? $900 to fix. Any ideas?

I have a Bobber but no drip. You might ask the folks over at: Triumph Bobber Forum

The first suspect is usually the stator housing and no it only takes some silicon putty to fix, not $900.

Put some dye in your oil and after running it for a few days use an ultraviolet light to look where the leak is coming from.

You’re right. They said stator not rotor.
