Oh Boy, is THIS place in trouble!

It's about a Funeral Home in Philadelphia that got two bodies mixed-up, causing one family to mourn at a service with the wrong man in the casket!!

This is a screw-up that'll probably put the place out of business.....

Beloved husband & dad is mourned, but it's not his body in the casket

While this is inexcusable for a professional business, it is not the first time this has happened and probably will not be the last. It is certainly traumatic beyond description for the family. The least they can do is refund the full price of the funeral to the family. However, in my warped way, I see humor in it as I'm sure some of the family members will in time. But I have a very different view of death than most people.

I know of several cases where the families received the wrong bodies of KIA's. To my knowledge, that has not happened in the current conflicts. Dover is way to meticulous for that to happen. The care, concern, and professionalism at Dover is something else.

I think what really made things outrageous was how uncaring and downright mean the lady was about the problem....."that's the way they look when they die"????

Come-on!!! Don't you think the WIFE would know that it's not her husband???
