No power in usb auxiliary outlet under the seat

Hi!
A few month ago I bought a Tiger 800 XCx model 2018 and the previous owner frequently used the usb power outlet under the saddle but know when I should use it there is no power despite my efferts to find the problem
I have checked all fuses and the strange thing is that I could detect 12V in the connector with which the outlet is connected to the electrical system of the bike. That indicates it´s the actual outlet which is broken....

Anyone who had this problem or know someone who did? I really need some advice because I would like to use that outlet

By chance, is there a fuse in the base of that module?

If it's not the fuse then is it the cable/plug you are using to power your device?

I have tried a lot of different cables but no difference...
I can't see there is any place for a fuse in the outlet itself so unfortunately I don't believe that theory either

The thing is that I as I wrote in the post did disconnect the outlet with a connector placed a few inches after the outlet and when I measured there was 12V on the two pins so maybe after all it's the connector which is broken?

Is there a dealer or to you have friends with a Triumph Tiger that you could switch it out to try?

Good point there but it's just the 2018 and after which has that kind of outlet under the seat.

I have found it as a spare part for a price of 25$ plus shipping from England so maybe I take a chance and order one
