Are they Twins ? 2 or 4 valve ? No mucking around....already fitted accessories for better steering. I understand that model has a fierce kick back if starting is approached the wrong way.

The Mom (pictured) and the darker two-week-old colt is mine.
They are American Quarterhorses which is a subtype of Thoroughbred.
A teenage girl will be raising it as her 4-H project and will eventually show it on the Quarterhorse circuit.

Good for you in being involved with the 4H project. The owner of the ranch where I bought my property is heavily involved with 4H.
Well....we don't raise quarterhorses here so this is just a thing we are doing for her.
When my Daughter was involved in showing there was more reason to have them.
If we raised horses for general purposes to be profitable, Standardbred are what the Amish want for pulling buggies.

I would only have the right to name the darker one. That said...the teenage girl will give it a stable name. The registered name will reflect it's breeding.
