I've seen those specifically made for carrying in a front pocket.
Pickpockets aren't a problem around here so I usually carry my rectangular wallet in a hip pocket when I'm not wearing a jacket.
But if I'm in a crowd or in a strange place I'll carry it in a front pocket.
When I'm riding I carry it in an inside zippered pocket as I always wear a riding jacket.

I always carry my one in the right pocket of my jeans and have also had it for years. The problem I am finding now is it seems that some of the jeans pockets are a bit narrower than what they were before so it is a mission to get it out. I have also had my one for years and really like it but this one look very nice

Over the years I've been given wallets as a gift, but I still use the old one I've used for so many years.
It's a good quality leather wallet and has worn like iron.
I changed over to the new wallets for a while, but they didn't "feel" the same so I went back to "old faithful"

I like this wallet.
My biggest problem with is the bills keep disappearing .
