Hi it's my first post so please go easy, I'm building a street tracker from my 2002 Bonneville, I want the handle bars to be ultra clean so want to get rid of the stock switch gear so will need a new throttle, I thought I could get a Scrambler throttle as they seem to come without attached switchgear, but on looking found out they are 7/8" and I want to run 1" bars, any ideas what will fit, don't want anything chrome or gloss, thanks in advance.

You should be able to get a crosser throttle 1" as a lot of the pro taper bars are 1" diameter , so you should find somethink , or use a Crome custom one and rough it up and power coat it what ever you want !

Just checked its a 2001, the bike is completely stripped, I have cut the rear footpeg hangars, backend of the subframe and the steering lock off and all holes are welded up, the frame is off to powder coat, am using a lot of Mule items, when I get some photos worth posting I will, but as I'm sure you all know it's a long process ;)

It is a long proccess ! I've just spent 18 months redoing my super 3 and a lot of that was just cleaning ! So I know how these things go so good luck with it .

I must admit to not being fond of the original colour scheme , but I look forward to seeing it progress .
