Sorry to Dave for getting away from his original subject in this thread, but ...
Carl, after reading your last post I was interested to listen to your language so I went to You tube and found a number of clips. From the English translations it looks like your people have a lot in common with Australian Aboriginal people regarding removal from homelands, all very sad.

In the South eastern US, there were five tribes, really four tribes and a confederacy of tribes. These five tribes were labeled as the Five Civilized Tribes by the whites: Creek (Confederacy), Cherokee, Choctaw, Chickasaw, and Seminole (originally Creek). They pretty much adapted white man's ways and were successful farmers, loggers, builders, etc. They owned their lands, had title to the lands and paid taxes. Gold was discovered on the Cherokee lands in northern Georgia. Georgia passed a law making it illegal for any American Indian to own land and the state seized the lands. Alabama and Mississippi followed suite. The Cherokees and the Creeks appealed to the US Supreme Court and the Supremer Court ruled in the Indians favor - based on solid constitutional grounds. President Andy Jackson sided with the States and said the Supreme Court has made their decision, now let's see them enforce it. He sent US troops to forcefully remove all American Indians in the Southeast to Oklahoma.
The Cherokees made this removal infamous and they called it the Trail of Tears. Many of the Cherokees hid in the North Carolina and Tennessee mountains. The Seminoles and Miccosukees fled to Florida, then a Spanish territory. Other tribes had members hide and many of their white neighbors helped them. My ancestors hid in Alabama. One did dare admit to being an Indian or even having Indian blood. When I was growing up, most of my relatives would not talk about being part Indian. The fear of removal was still very real to them.

Dave, that is a very nice framework. It is attractive and easy to follow. Looking good. :y115:
