So --- last weekend--- I SCORED a huge find for me ------ 1 of my "bucket list" guitars --- to go along with my most favorite bass (OH I might add I am a PEAVEY fanatic!)---if you are not aware Peavey was the OTHER top 3 USA Electric Guitar maker back in the 70's and 80's ---they where very "ahead" of the times -- innovative--- and well IMHO better than the OTHER TWO---....any way.......here is some info
Peavey Electronics - Wikipedia
--- they started as an AMP maker (still are) but their AMPS where not being carried by music stores because GIBSON and FENDER said "if you want OUR guitars---you cant SELL Peavey AMPS!" to the store keeps........dirty pool really (Love an underdog) --- and Ol Harltey PEavey said (In true Mississippi. Rebel Fashion) SCREW YA"LL we will build guitars then !!!! (well maybe not those exact words) ---any way ---they make (or made) some of the best damn USA made guitars......but those early models are getting hard to find

FOUND this one an hour from me --- and the guy was willing to trade me a GIBSON I had for this lovely 37 year old (all original and awesome) vintage PEavey to match my same year BASS!
I give you the T-60 guitar

Thanks Rocky. That Gold top would be worth a bunch now!
Most my stuff is used purchased broken or for well below market and fixed up.
I am rebuilding an old Hofner "beetle bass" for a friend in New Jersey now.
