New Motorcycle Helmets of 2019 - Best or Bust?

Thanks, but I'll stick with the new HJC flip-up I just bought.
It is becoming really hard to select helmets these day as the options are so wide.
Then you need a head shaped like mine, only two Arai models fit. Sure keeps my choices limited.
In the magazines and on the internet, new names are showing up all the time. The selection is huge these days.
I'm sticking with HJC. They have served me well for over 20 years and I see no reason to change because they fit me so well.
Just last week I replaced both of my HJC's due to age; a flip-up and an open face with a full face shield for the hotter days.
Both helmets were in great condition and it pained me to throw them out. But both were ten years old (that was a surprise) so they had to go - and you don't sell old helmets.
As a matter of fact, this fellow had nothing good to say about the HJC open face compared to many others, but I know what I like and bought another one anyway.

I like HJC, too. They just need to catch up with the modular technology. I like Shark's modular he,mets; but they do not fot me well.
