Hello everyone, I hope someone can help. I have a 2007 Bonneville which died last week, wouldn't start so I put in a new battery, connections all tight. Still won't start, all fuses are good, starter relay clicks when the neg is unhooked, lights work, kickstand up, clutch in all the simple things check out. The only thing I get when I push the starter button is a buzzing sound, like an old time door buzzer, from what sounds like the right side under the battery.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Check the "ground " connections, one way to do this is run a cable from the neg. batt. cable to the starter housing. To "over ride" the electrical system run one cable from the neg. batt post to the starter housing, then run a cable from the pos. battery post and touch the hot connection on the starter, if the batt. and starter are good it should engage and turn over the engine.
