At least it appears to be a totally rideable "real" bike. That ridiculous "Tomahawk" contraption with dual rear tires was a bloody joke.

I'll bet this Viper is fun to ride, except maybe in slow traffic and tight twisty stuff. For sure you should be able to blow away Hyabusas in a straight line...

Reviewing the video, I see that the weak link is certain to be the chain drive. That engine can snap a roller chain with VERY little effort on anything more than a slow clutch-slipping launch. I also wonder about what they are using for a clutch!

I DEFINITELY like the brakes!

Still, as you can see from the video, the bike is at speed and doesn't look TOO ungainly to be ridden some; no less rideable than a Boss Hoss, and much cooler.

I wonder if the registration tag is legit, and how they managed that?

...I'll bet the rider's calves get toasty!

My last criticism - the V10 is AMERICAN iron, the bike's BUILDER is a Brit.

I saw that video earlier this week, it does look like a well made bike. I like the design too.

I agree with you about the styling, or lack of, on the Tomahawk. That "bike" is just weird!

This must be one of the better made bike in this class it looks good but I think it is a bit too much bike for me :silent:

That bike is too much bike for about 99.99% of the population!

Almost any modern bike over 500cc is too much bike for 70% of the riding population, it's just that we refuse to admit it.

Anyone ever been out on a modern 600cc sportbike and try to hold it at full throttle in 3rd, or higher gear for more than 5 seconds?

I rest my case.

I like it; but I don't want one. I would like to ride it.

I think the chain is probably the only practical drive system. A drive shaft to handle that torque and poser would be awfully heavy and I think it would burn a belt out in short order.
