New eejit lights!

I have been running a T140 headlight on my T100 with the idiot lights in the headlight. Needless to say, the headlight is rubbish in comparison to the stock unit. (designed by the Prince of Darkness, Mr Lucas!)
So I decided to re-fit the stock headlight with new idiot lights in the shell.
I bought a set of these off fleabay for £15
They are mounted in chrome bezels that are threaded for fixing.

Marked out the headlight and drilled the holes.

and fitted the leds

Wiring was simple for the oil, neutral and high beam lights, live to to the red wire to the led, earth to the black led wire.
The indicator light was a bit more tricky due to the fact that the polarity of the wires changes depending on which indicator is on!
So using an excellent diagram from decosse on Rat.net, I got some 1N4007 diodes and wired it up as the diagram.

The diodes just fitted nicely into some crimp connectors and I sealed them in with some heat shrink sleeving.

I got an orange led for the indicator but it looks red in this pic.

That has long been a complaint with the Bonnie family. I put LED's in mine.
