My Motorcycle Life Summary

I started riding towards the back end of 1969 and passed my test on a 50cc Honda Cub, which I had for about 6 months. This was followed by a Royal Enfield Crusader Sport which I crashed and was written off. I had started to build a Triumph T110 from a number of boxes of bits before the crash. There was some urgency to complete the build to get an everyday ride. Then came marriage, children and the usual break from bikes. Then in 1997 I started up again. Since then I've owned a Suzuki Bandit, Honda VFR800, Honda Blackbird and in 2017 I bought a Triumph Street Triple 765. I've enjoyed owning all of my bikes, kept each of them for quite a few years and will continue to ride the Street Triple for as long as I can.
