That video was made in 2002, but I don't think I ever saw it before.
NASCAR driver, Dale Earnhardt Jr., was in it and a stunt woman in a blond wig did the bike riding.

MY LORD! I need to watch that again....and again....and again you said Steve McQueen was in there....hhhhmm....further research needed...I don't see him.....

Seriously though I cry FOWL......I mean wearing a TRIUMPH t-shirt (granted slightly damp without a bra) while riding an obviously japanese dirt bike.......wait HOLD THE PHONE.....slight-damp-no bra......yep I need to research this a BIT more ............ssshhh stop talking!!!!!
