Now this is also COOL Mods vs. Rockers Chicago 2012 I would love to be able to attend something like this

Yes this really looks like a great event, it's a shame that they don't close the road off to everything but bikes. It always amazes me how you get people of different cultures aspire to another country's.
Some people in the UK aspire to the Harley image, and Canadians, and Americans and lots of other nations too, aspire to the British Rocker scene. I think it's brilliant that we all enjoy each others take on motorcycling. And long may it continue. I've always held the belief that if you were to put politicians on motorbikes, you'd solve most of the world's problems. Lets face when you see someone on a bike, you don't care about who or she is, or what they look like or anything else, you just go straight to talking about the bike.
When I win the lottery Dave I'll send you a airline ticket to the event, I'll be going too

Well said TUP
Our vintage bike club is a good example of that. We have members from all walks of life. When we get together we don't talk about work. That's forgotten until the next work day. We're just there for the ride; the comradery; the bikes and the laughs.

Motorcycling transcends political, geographic, and cultural lines.
