Microsoft could send 240 million PCs to an early grave

For many years I have had issues with Microsoft and they way they conduct business.

I have already moved my Laptop over to Linux and would have done the same on my desktop but I use that for gaming.

It now looks like it will be time to change that over to Linux as well as I will not be giving Microsoft another penny

I guess when you're as big as Microsoft, you can do whatever you want. Screw the little guy. Think I'll be learning and using brand A stuff real soon.

The little laptop I'm using in Mexico is Windows 8.1, it's a little slow but so am I.

When I'm back in Canada I still use a Blackberry Keyone so I'm used to running obsolete stuff.

I am still using Windows 7. Same here, only because I have a couple of games for PC that I still play. I can't be arsed to switch over to Linux just yet. I am considering buying a used laptop to load Linux on, and use strictly for online banking. I am still confident in my Windows 7 configuration and I also run Avira anti-virus to make the computer safer. Also, 14 character passwords go a long way in protecting things.

As for supporting Microsoft, I agree. The less cash I hand over to them, the better.
