Not sure if you guys remember that petition for Meredydd Hughes?
Someone posted it here a while back...

Smoke and mirrors come to mind on that statement. Hughes an habitual speeder was moved from the post of road policing and put in charge of the department which Road policing comes under. So nothing changes.
Its the contempt and hypocrisy that the authorities have for the British public that gets up every ones nose.
