There used to be a traffic cop in Houston that was a lot like him, probably got some of his moves from him. If you were in the area and had some time to kill there was a park bench you could sit on to watch him. A few years ago he was hit by a drunk driver and banged up pretty good. I never heard if he ever went back to directing traffic after that.
