Hi Guys, I've had the Bonnie one month now and it looks like it could be a long relationship,
Cuz I love it. Have done a few mods to to improve what is already a smooth handling easy bike.
I've repositioned the the ignition, added heated grips, seat bolts and extended the mirrors slightly. Will now look at changing the rear shocks.
Very strong winds and rain on the south coast today, not a good day for riding. Will try to add some pics sorry about the quality. Ride safe Jeff.

Cool mods TUP
Replacing the rear shocks will really improve the ride on rough roads, as well as the handling, but they mainly improve the ride.
I replaced mine with Ikon's and the difference is quite dramatic.
While I was at it I also replaced the fork springs with a progressive set to improve the ride and handling.
I'm not a hooligan so most of the benefit for me is in the smoother ride on rough roads.

Well spotted Mad on Triumphs, that was my mates Kawasaki s1000zx we had just fitted mods to it. It doesn't belong in my garage, Triumphs only lol.

Jeff that's a nice bike and some good sensible mods too, the weather here is a bit damp today but warm so I've been in the shed doing a bit more to my super 3 as well .
What else is there to do ? (y)

Hi Jeff, I luv my Bonnie too such a great bike and fun to mod. I do a lot of two up and have made the suspension mods and it handles so nice.

I live in the hills out of Melbourne nice windy roads and I live on a dirt road and the Bonnie handles them all so well.

Have fun with yours mate!
