Leaking Ticklers

I have a 72 Bonneville which I built up from a rolling frame. My ticklers will not stop leaking if I turn on the pet cock. I just replaced the gaskets and cleaned both carbs to remedy the situation but to no avail
Any help out there?

Sorry but I don't have any experience with ticklers on my bike. Hopefully one of the others will be along shortly to provide info from their experience.

Are the floats set at the right height if not the fuel will rise to high .

Yes, it sounds like a float problem to me.

thanks for the tip went on and googled the procedure just finished no more tickler leaks seems to be running fine

Yes, it sounds like a float problem to me.
